I love working in partnership with other small businesses, and this project gave me another opportunity to do that.
Hayley, the owner of Silver Halos, and the crafter of beautiful year-round door wreaths contacted me with a new project of her own in mind. Branching out into handmade cards and wedding stationary, Hayley asked me to design and make her a hand-carved stamp of one of her handmade wreaths which she would use as a base design on top of which she would attach artificial flowers to make mini wreaths on handmade cards, invitations &c.
Measuring 7 x 7cm, this hand-carved stamp is mounted on a solid oak handle, and can be used over and over again, and adapted for each and every one of Hayley’s individual designs. Stamps such as these are an incredibly simple and effective way of personalising anything and everything; they can be cut to any design of your choosing, and made to any measurement.
